In this world you will have conflict, and the way you resolve it will have a great effect on one’s quality of leadership. This course will look at the biblical approach to conflict resolution, as well as practical tips and solutions.


The course consists of 8 sessions, each session including a video and corresponding course notes. After each session the student will complete a 15 question quiz. Each quiz must be completed before moving onto the next session.

Students will learn to navigate conflicts with grace, aiming for restoration rather than condemnation.

Session 5 - Confrontation Principles

In this lesson, we explore the transformative principles of confrontation within the context of Kingdom Conflict Resolution. Emphasizing a biblical approach, we discuss how confrontation, when executed with love and grace, serves as an invitation for individuals to walk in freedom. Through scriptural insights and practical goals for confrontation, students will gain a renewed understanding of how to engage in difficult conversations that foster healing and restoration in relationships.

Session 6 - Confront-able leaders

This lesson focuses on the importance of being confrontable as a leader. Participants will learn practical strategies for receiving confrontation, fostering a culture of honor, and building trust within their teams. The goal is to enhance leadership effectiveness through open communication and feedback.

Session 7 - Biblical Boundaries

This lesson focuses on the importance of boundaries in conflict resolution, exploring their biblical foundation and practical applications. Students will learn how to establish and enforce boundaries to promote personal accountability and foster healthier relationships.

Session 8 - Confronting Your Destiny

This final lesson in the conflict resolution course emphasizes the necessity of confrontation in fulfilling one's destiny in God. It explores the importance of confronting oneself, the enemy, and others, as well as the conditional nature of God's promises and the call to press on toward spiritual maturity.
