About Kingsway Leadership Institute
At Kingsway Leadership Institute, we believe every church has untapped potential sitting in its pews—people who are called, gifted, and ready to grow into powerful leaders for the Kingdom of God. But all too often, local churches struggle to raise up the leaders they need. That’s where we come in.
KLI was founded as a ministry of Kingsway Fellowship to fill the leadership gap in the body of Christ by equipping everyday believers to become extraordinary ministers. Our mission is to raise up Kingdom leaders from within the Church—those who are already faithful, already serving, and already called. We’re here to help churches identify these leaders, train them in sound doctrine, and prepare them for fruitful ministry.

What We Offer
We offer two distinct tracks—Kingdom Leaders and Kingdom Revivalists—each consisting of 12 fully online, self-paced courses. These programs are designed for both aspiring ministers and those already serving in local leadership roles. Every course includes:
- Recorded video teaching
- Downloadable student resources
- Assignments and personal application
Each completed course earns a certificate from Kingsway Leadership Institute.
A Higher Calling
Our credentialing pathway through Kingsway Fellowship International offers students the opportunity to receive Christian Worker or Lay Exhorter credentials. These are not just titles—they’re tangible affirmations of your calling, your readiness, and your accountability to your local church. Our credentials place leaders under the guidance of their pastors, where they can grow, serve, and be strengthened.
We believe, like many of the revival voices we’ve learned from, that credentials are not about pride—they're about responsibility. They’re about lifting yourself into God’s calling and committing to live at a higher standard of service and character.
