The Fruit of the Spirit

Course Description
In this course we will look at the entire book of Galatians for a greater understandingĀ of the difference between the works of the flesh and the fruit of the Spirit. Then dive deep into each aspect of fruit. Producing the fruit of the Spirit in your life is about learning to live life from the Spirit inside of you. Ā As we learn to live from the spirit, it will affect our mind, will, and emotions, then our body, and the world around us.
The course consists of 8 sessions, each session including a video and corresponding course notes. After each session the student will complete a 15 question quiz. Each quiz must be completed before moving onto the next session.

This lesson explores the concept of peace as a fruit of the Spirit, emphasizing its nature as a divine quality rather than a mere emotional state. Students will learn about the biblical definitions of peace, the relationship between peace and Jesus, and practical steps to cultivate peace in their lives through grace and abiding in the Holy Spirit.
Session 5 - Patience Pays and Kindness in Action
This lesson explores the fruits of patience and kindness, emphasizing their biblical foundations and practical applications in daily life. Students will learn how patience is essential for maintaining faith and how kindness is an active expression of love, leading to repentance and transformation.
Session 6 - Exploring the Fruits of Goodness and Faithfulness
In this session, we delve into two essential fruits of the Spirit: goodness and faithfulness. By examining the nature of Godās goodness and faithfulness, we discover how these divine attributes manifest in our lives through the Holy Spirit. The lesson emphasizes the importance of understanding God's character to cultivate these fruits within ourselves, encouraging believers to embody goodness and faithfulness in their daily actions.
Session 7 - Understanding Meekness
This session explores the fruit of meekness, emphasizing its true nature as power under control rather than weakness. Students will learn the biblical definition of meekness, its importance in relationships with God and others, and practical applications for cultivating this trait in their lives.
Session 8 - Empowered Self-Control: Submitting to the Spirit Within
